Wendy Arrowsmith is the creative force behind Arrowsmith Training Consultancy.
With many years experience of providing training and organisational development to blue chip companies, Wendy’s principle development interests lie around the development of teams, communication and influencing, and coaching to improve performance.
She has worked in several sectors including pharmaceuticals, retailing, consumer healthcare and fmcg. She even spent two years teaching English in Japan.
Her work experience has ranged from delivering a Change Management workshop for a leadership team in Russia, to developing a new instore induction programme for a national supermarket chain. It has also included conducting surveys on organisational culture, developing and introducing mentoring programmes, and coaching individuals around their interpersonal communications or their leadership style.
She has developed and delivered workshops on many and varied topics, such as:
• improving presentation skills;
• personal effectiveness;
• assertiveness;
• running effective meetings;
• creative thinking for creative problem solving.
She has also facilitated leadership development events for UK and European managers.
Wendy has a Masters degree in Personnel Management from the University of Strathclyde and is also licensed to use MBTI and FIRO-B personality profiling questionnaires.
